The fabrics in this piece was handwoven by Don Juan in San Sebastian, El Salvador, using the traditional weaving loom. Don Juan and his team from Textiles Barahona live in San Sebastian and specialize in hand weaving hammocks
Then this piece is sewn by the founder, Caro Arias, in Wendell, NC. Caro has been sewing since she was 12 years old and fell in love with this skill because it brought her closer to her mom, a highly skilled seamstress.
The artisanal fabrics are 100% cotton.
