The Carolina Corset is available in two versions: a 2-inch strapped style in our white multicolored Aguayo fabric from Peru, or a strapless style in our indigo-dyed fabric from El Salvador. Regardless of which you choose, this corset does exactly what a great piece of clothing should, it brings your whole look together.
Handmade in North Carolina. Once these fabrics are gone, these exact pieces won't return.

This piece is available in multiple fabrics, each handcrafted by a different artisan community across Latin America.
The Indigo Starbursts fabric is hand-dyed by La Hacienda de los Nacimientos in Suchitoto, El Salvador, using traditional hand-dyeing techniques. Founded in 1995, La Hacienda is one of only two organic indigo farms in the world. Owner Rhina de Rehmann is dedicated to sustainable tropical agriculture and providing employment opportunities to local Salvadorans.
The White Multicolored fabric is sourced by Sandra from Aguayos in Cusco, Peru, someone who welcomed us with kindness when we visited her store in 2021 and taught us what every pattern represented.
Each fabric option is then sewn by Doña Magdalena in Sanford, North Carolina, who brings over 30 years of craftsmanship to every piece she makes.
The artisanal fabric from El Salvador is 100% cotton. The Peru fabric is 100% acrylic wool. The linings are a cotton/polyester blend.
